I cannot begin to explain this poster. An image of Babe Ruth for a "basketball jamboree"? Early March in New Hampshire would not lend itself to baseball so it raises many questions, was this a general fund raiser for all youth sports, was "the Babe" scheduled as a guest, did the artist just prey on his celebrity for a graphic? Anyway...
