An autumn view of the sandstone buildings of America's premier military academy, West Point, seen as if from the windows of a train cruising along the east bank of the Hudson River. The view is from Garrison's Landing, a place that played a crucial role in the American Revolution as the spot where Benedict Arnold, escaping from West Point to provide traitorous information to the British, landed his ferry. Hazell was a prominent landscape painter and illustrator. Zega 90.

B Condition - please note multiple long horizontal tears through the body of the poster, and restoration to borders. Please feel free to ask for detailed photos. Nicely restored, the price takes the condition into account.
